The RMMLA Lacrosse Association is committed to open communication and values the feedback, concerns, and complaints of our members and community. Listening to and thoughtfully addressing these matters is essential to fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment.
To ensure concerns are reviewed fairly and objectively, we ask that members wait a minimum of 24 hours before submitting a formal complaint. All submissions must include the complainant’s contact information; anonymous complaints will not be accepted.
All complaints and concerns will be reviewed through the appropriate channels and, when necessary, brought forward to the RMMLA Executive Board. Depending on the nature of the submission, a response may not be provided until after the next scheduled executive meeting. This allows sufficient time for review, discussion, and, if required, the opportunity for further clarification or a meeting with the board.
