RMMLA Constitution By-Laws (September 2020)
The By-Laws are the legal guidelines registered with the Provincial Government that we are required to follow in order to remain a non-profit society.
Changes to the By-Laws can be done only at the Annual General Meeting or at an Extraordinary General Meeting called for such a purpose, and only through a vote of the membership.
