Concussion Management Program - Mandatory for Pee Wee and Older

The Ridge Meadows Minor Lacrosse Association is excited to announce the inaugural concussion baseline testing and concussion management program.  In partnership with Complete Concussion Management Inc.,  and Kinectiv Sports Injury and Wellness Clinic, we are working towards the best possible care for your Burrard.

Concussion baseline testing is required to be completed prior to Box Lacrosse tryouts for all Pee Wee and Older Divisions.

RMMLA Pre-Season Concussion Baseline Testing Procedures

STEP 1:  EACH player in your family will need to register with CCMI at:

This will generate an account number which needs to be written on the form. This number is distinct for the player and will be with them forever. The account number is used for medical tracking purposes. For example, if the player moves away and visits another CCMI clinic, the clinic will be able to access information on them with this account number.

STEP 2: KINECTIV will contact you for an assessment appointment.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Misti Robi, Director of Player Safety, RMMLA  at as well as referring to our RMMLA Policy Manual located under the RMMLA Tab at the top of the website and going to Section V (the bottom of page 15) of the Policy Manual.  Click here to be taken to the Policy Manual Page.
