1st AGM Notice

AGM Meeting Date: Monday November 4th, 7pm
Location: Zoom

Invitations to be emailed to eligible voting members with instructions prior to the meeting. Each eligible
member will receive an email package containing the details of the Zoom meeting, as well as proposed
amendments, director’s reports and year-end financial reports.

Please note the following:
? Proposed RMMLA Constitution and By-Laws changes - Deadline: Monday October 14th at 8:00pm
? Proposed RMMLA Policy Manual changes - Deadline: Monday October 14th at 8:00pm

Notice of the following positions for nominations; each position is a two-year term - Deadline for
nominations: Monday Oct 14th at 8:00pm
? President
? 2nd Vice President
? 4th Vice President
? Registrar
? Female Director
? 1st Director at Large

The Secretary must receive proposed Constitution and By-Laws, Policy proposed changes and Executive
Nominations by the noted deadlines.

As per By-Law 4.8.4(a)
Nominations for elected positions must be received by the Secretary 14 days prior to the Annual
General Meeting (AGM). Nominations will not be received from the floor during the AGM or any
Special Meeting.
