🔹 About the Role:

As a Co-Ed Field Coach, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and competitive environment for athletes at all levels. You'll work closely with division managers, the RMMLA executive team, and fellow coaches to support player development and represent our association with pride.

🔹 Responsibilities Include:

• Leading practices, games, and team events

• Supporting the growth of each player’s skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship

• Collaborating with association leadership to align with RMMLA goals

• Fostering a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all athletes
