This is a pivotal leadership role for the growth and development of Female Field Lacrosse within RMMLA. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for mentoring coaches, developing athletes, and contributing to the overall success of our female field program.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and train female field coaches, in collaboration with the 2nd VP and the association.

• Lead and support coaches throughout the season with ongoing guidance and mentorship.

• Participate in meetings with BCLA, PCFLL, and RMMLA.

• Contribute to player development, practice planning, and game strategy.

• Work closely with division managers to ensure alignment across all levels.
