Please see below for the times I am available for equipment return at Planet Ice.  If you can't be there, have someone else from your team be there.  These will be the final return dates as I have to get organized for the upcoming Field Lacrosse season.  I MUST receive an email with the date & time you are coming, if I receive no emails, I will not be going to the lock up.  Please ensure you have read all the requirements below!!  Coaches, could you please ensure you pass this email along to your goalies, I'm still waiting for quite a bit of goalie gear.  Also, if I gave you a first aid kit, that must be returned as well.

 

To all Coaches/Managers:

 

FINAL Jersey, Ball & Goalie Gear return times are Saturday, August 28th - 9:00am - 10:00am, Sunday, August 29th 9:00am - 10:00am, & Monday, August 30th - 7:30pm - 8:30pm (dressing room hallway)

 

I MUST receive an email (mikhelley@shaw.ca) letting me know what time (within the given time) you are coming to return your gear.  If I do not receive an email from anyone for any of the given times/days, I will not be going to the lock up.  You MUST let me know what time you are coming.

These are the requirements

 

Jerseys:

 

Please have all jerseys on hangers and in numerical order.  Please do a quick assessment of the jersey's for any damage not due to normal wear.  This will expedite the process, and get you out of there faster.  

 

Goalie Gear:

 

Please ensure all contents you were given are in the bag and please let me know of any items in need of repair.

 

Balls:

 

If you are not going to be a returning coach or if you're moving up from mini-tyke to tyke, please return any extra balls you may have.
